I can't find the settings to change email fetch schedule on 10.0.2. (I like to set it on manual when I go to bed, so it's not zinging signals all around my head while I sleep.) In settings, the "mail, calendar, contacts" has been split out into 3 sections. Can't find the option in mail of when and how to receive.

I also can not find the fetch data option to turn it off. I just updated the phone and I go to settings mail but the fetch data is not in any available path

& enable haltmoon to silent .

Go to Settings>Mail>Accounts, and you will see the Fetch New Data setting area.

You're welcome. As far as the other recommendation, you can use Do Not Disturb, but that turns off all notifications except to allow for selected phone calls. So if you expect a text message, your choice to disable fetch in Mail is probably the best decision.
